As we are a manufacturing unit as well as a brand developing corporate, our company has certain rules to follow, and they are as follows Contract for sale The PI sent across created from Quotation or selected design from an inquiry, files will be having the amount mention will be an approximate and will be differ as per actual in the final invoice. The designing And Product development timing and production time of the selected PI may timely vary. Any kind of natural calamities, or Government obligation delay in the Order will be not responsibilities of DVN. These terms and conditions cannot be varied except by changes made by ‘DVN’ on the site, which we may make from time to time. In particular, nothing said by any representative of ‘DVN’ will operate as a variation to these terms and conditions or constitutes a legal representation on behalf of them. All the Weight mentioned is Annexure are subject to change as per the physical Ready Piece. Price of the ready piece will change as per the final weight or market price of material or currency rate change Ready piece is as per the discussed and best possible Quality from DVN and if ready piece is not acceptable then DVN will not bare the cost of the rejected ready piece or pieces. Shipment will be confirmed after the 100% payment is been confirmed by our bank. All the above mentioned details are confirm and weight and price my change as per the current market For Brand Development: Client should decide the company name and get it registered by signing a contract! Client is responsible to get the registration fees been cleared with the registration form! Every company has a time limit from the day of registration for further project to get started, & if failed to start with 30 days of the registration the registration will be waived off and no further I communications will be done with the client also the registration process will have to be done again with new payments!
Pricing, Payments
The prices mentioned in PI are supposed to differ depending on the product cost or making the product or market condition. The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out in our website through various Modules. All of our prices are in USD. You will be billed in USD Dollars and if you purchase from outside the USA, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit card. Please see our Delivery page for information on timings and costs of delivery. We accept American Express, Electron, Maestro/Switch, MasterCard, Solo, and Visa. Even we Accept Bank wire transfers, Swift Transfers, TT, Letter of Credit, DD The shipments will sent over when 100% Payments are reflected in our Bank
Packaging and Delivery
The Shipments will be done through various shipping companies like, DHL, TNT, FEDEX, UPS, BLUE DART, ARAMEX ETC Any Damages occurred to the shipment once left from DVN Counter will not be the liability of DVN. We will provide the services as much as it possible. It depends on the condition whether the shipping company will take the responsibility or no. The Packaging of Products will be done in Poly bags firstly and then in Big Poly Bags And then by bubble Packing, then Finally in corrugated Cartoons fully covered. Delivery timing depends on the shipping company and the Indian customs terms and condition. Custom Clearance and duties on the shipment will be barred by the consignee
Policy & Services
DVNGROUP.ORG (‘DVN’) guarantees your total satisfaction with our products and services. Bespoke Jewelry, Client selected jewelry: these pieces are Special Orders, which means that the product will be made or customized especially for client; hence, these pieces of jewelry cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances and section # 90098. We only provide after sales service, and support for replacement of the goods, once the damage on the piece is proved before any usage or dispatching of the parcel. Also the costs incurred in returning of any damaged goods will be applicable on buyers account. For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on any Products, as all the goods are just brass made and plated and not at all high value gold or platinum material goods.
