Quality Control
Checked before it is ever cast — and again after
Every piece is inspected at multiple stages: the wax or printed prototype, the casting, and the finished, packaged result — before it ever reaches you.
Quality checkpoints
-
01
Prototype review
The wax or 3D-printed model is inspected under magnification for surface quality and dimensional accuracy before casting proceeds.
-
02
Post-casting check
Cast pieces are checked against the approved model for weight, wall thickness and completeness before finishing begins.
-
03
Stone and finish inspection
Stone setting, polishing and plating are checked piece by piece against your specification.
-
04
Final inspection before packaging
A last check confirms every piece meets specification before it is packaged for dispatch.
